well-prepared dishes in a simple setting with
enjoyable Chinese touches. Specializing in seafood
and barbecue cuisine, the Chinese Chef prepares
fortifying dishes using ginseng and the natural
flavours of fresh vegetables enhanced by herbs.
Surrounded by Chinese calligraphy and paintings in
the Chinese decor, this restaurant prepares you
for your dining experience with an authentic
ambience. Soup stocks are extremely good, and the
Turbot Fish with Mango Sauce (imported fish
fillets from France, fried dry with mango sauce)
should not be missed. Most fresh seafood choices
are offered with a variety of preparation styles,
and the Lobster with Pepper and Salt is certainly
worth mentioning. The Peking Duck tastes as good
as it looks and is rightfully very popular, with
tender meat and crispy skin. Try also the Fried
Homemade Tofu (with oyster sauce and shimeji
mushrooms) which has a full, robust taste. The
Hong Kong Dim Sum selection is quite popular for
lunch and the wait staff is knowledgeable and
fulfils requests promptly. I've been back numerous
times, as it's almost addictive. Ce Wei is a great
venue to dine with friends, families or
colleagues, as the ambience is very enjoyable.
