potato) and Slow-Roasted Milk Fed Australian Whole
Veal Shank (with saut′ed new potatoes, mushrooms
and lettuce). End your excellent meal with Baked
Chocolate Fondant (served with poached dark
cherries and pistachio whipped cream).
Alternatively, try the Orange Flavoured Souffl
flamb′ed with Grand Marnier. The drink list
features spirits such as scotch, bourbon, brandy,
and cognac. Cassis is fast becoming a popular
